UPDATE ON REFUNDS FOR TOKYO 2020 OLYMPIC OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY PACKAGES DUE TO NO SPECTATORS
We are pleased to advise that all Official Hospitality customers are eligible for a full refund for their order(s).
Refunds will be processed depending on the original payment method as follows:
- Refunds for customers who purchased via the online store will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase
- Customers who made payment to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Official Hospitality Office will be refunded via bank transfer to their designated bank account
- Customers who made payment to JTB will receive their refund via JTB
Refunds are expected to commence before the end of 2021 and all customers will be notified upon confirmation of the schedule.
